Imago+ is a community-focused hospitality concept in Bari, Italy, built around a single conviction: that a stay should leave a place better than it found it. The property spans a hotel, bistrot and café, rooftop garden, and bookshop and library, each one a layer of the same idea. Every night booked funds scholarships, local art initiatives, and sustainability efforts. Art, nature, community, and independent publishing aren't add-ons to the guest experience. They are the guest experience.

Imago+ had a genuinely original model and the depth to back it up. The gap was in how it communicated. The brand needed messaging that could hold the full complexity of what Imago+ is, without turning into an impact report. It also needed a web presence that gave each space and initiative its own room to breathe, while keeping the overarching vision legible. Beyond messaging and web, the brief extended into place branding and data visualization, translating the hotel's community impact into something guests and stakeholders could actually see and feel.

We rebuilt the brand's verbal foundation from the ground up, sharpening the positioning around community-focused travel and giving the brand a voice that is warm, considered, and specific to Puglia without being parochial. The website was redesigned to reflect the layered nature of the property, with each section earning its own identity within a coherent whole. Data visualization work made the impact story tangible, turning numbers into narrative. The place branding tied everything together, giving Imago+ a presence that feels rooted in where it is and clear about what it stands for.
