Chawa Japan is a premium Japanese tea brand bringing ceremonial-grade matcha, hojicha, sencha, and gyokuro to the UAE market. Sourced from revered tea regions including Kakegawa, Yame, and Asamiya, Chawa sits at the intersection of Japanese heritage and modern ritual, offering both organic and heritage lines for tea purists and curious newcomers alike.
Chawa launched with exceptional product knowledge, deep supplier relationships, and no brand to show for it. What existed was a vision, not yet a visual world. The real challenge was translating centuries of Japanese tea tradition into something that felt authentic and refined without being opaque, and premium without being cold. That identity then needed to stretch consistently across every touchpoint: packaging, retail, digital, and content, spanning a flagship store concept in Dubai, a social media direction, and a full library of AI-powered brand and product imagery.
We delivered an end-to-end brand world that gave Chawa the presence to match its product quality. From the naming and visual identity to packaging design, a flagship store concept, social media direction, and AI-powered imagery, every touchpoint was built with the same intention: a brand rooted in Japanese heritage, designed for a premium global market. Chawa now has everything it needs to launch with confidence and grow with consistency.
