Sanabil Emaar is a Saudi real estate development company building landmark destinations across four sectors: Grade A office towers, premium residential communities, hospitality destinations, and commercial hubs. With a portfolio rooted in Saudi heritage and a vision aligned with the country's urban future, the brand operates at the intersection of legacy and ambition.
Sanabil Emaar had the scale, the track record, and the market position. What they needed was a brand identity worthy of all three. The brief required more than a logo system. It called for a complete brand architecture that could speak to government entities, institutional investors, and discerning developers, while remaining human-centered enough to resonate across four distinct real estate verticals. Each sector needed its own visual expression without fragmenting the parent brand.
We developed a full brand strategy covering brand definition, verbal identity, visual identity, and a complete suite of brand elements. The logo combines a custom pictogram, a grain-head curve meeting a high-rise silhouette, with a bilingual wordmark built for both English and Arabic markets. A structured color hierarchy assigns distinct tones to each sector, with Midnight Green for workspace, Dark Clay for residential, Shade Gray for hospitality, and Grape Red for commercial, all anchored by a primary palette of Dark Slate and Claystone Beige. The system extends across billboards, social media, stationery, and digital applications, giving Sanabil Emaar a cohesive, commanding presence at every touchpoint.
